At Vault Line Cards & Collectibles, we ship every order with the care and speed a serious collector expects.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Some items may require special packaging to ensure safe delivery — shipping costs will reflect this accordingly.

Delivery Timeframes Standard shipping: 3-7 business days Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout) Overnight shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout) Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or weather are outside our control.

Packaging All items are carefully packaged to arrive in the condition you expect. Trading cards ship in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or boxes. Graded slabs ship with additional padding and protection.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use it to monitor delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at contact.vaultlinecards@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve it quickly.
