At Vault Line Cards & Collectibles, we stand behind every item we sell. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition received.
All sealed trading card product — including booster boxes, booster packs, and blister packs — is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This policy exists to protect the integrity of sealed product for all collectors.
Graded card slabs are final sale. All sales are based on the grade assigned by the grading company at time of purchase.
Eligible items (Funko Pops, Hot Wheels, toys, and accessories) may be returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.vaultlinecards@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
